The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. Everyday waited over 30 minutes, and no staff came to take our order until we called them multiple times. The staff appeared uninterested and inattentive, making customers wait unnecessarily. There was no proper customer service or sense of urgency. A dining experience should not be this frustrating. I hope the management takes steps to improve staff efficiency and customer service. Note: not ready to give even 1 star for service. Very very bad service. First of all, I really don't recommend it... The food being bad is a matter of personal taste, that's fine, but the service was terrible, absolutely terrible. I sat down, understanding they were busy, and waited 20 minutes for order. When I finally called the waiter to order, he said he was busy. My second colleague arrived, and he left immediately. We ordered three dishes, but one was missing because they forgot to place the order. I waited in vain. The service was incredibly poor, and they even gave me a dirty look. Absolutely the worst curry I’ve had in my life. Seems watered down and tasted like curry powder mixed with water. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
