Had my lunch on a Saturday noon with my wife and 2 baby girls. The baby chair was filthy and none of them bothered to clean it up. Ordered a total of 6 pratas and it was served extremely late. A small cockroach was spotted at the bottom of my prata plate. The cheese prata I ordered, might as well call it plain prata. Photo shows the amount of wet tissues utilized to clean the baby chairs and the so-called cheese prata. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

While I can give good rating for food tasting, the overall service is horrible. Tables are messy with left overs, orders takes more than 20mins to have your cup of drink and 30min to have your food. I've notice, the grab food service takes priority from those eat-in ordering. This is poor service. Hope the management can improvee the current situation fast. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Al Sana restaurant after being refurbished is just fantastic. Excellent food served hot with waiters having smiles on their faces. And the food is clean, hygienic and delicious. Massive variety too. Will definitely come again ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
