I decided to give this restaurant another try after I stopped coming because the quality had noticeably declined. This time we ordered three pizzas and a half-liter bottle of water. The total bill came to 1,800 baht. The quality of the ingredients was good, but unfortunately the dough remained the main issue. It appeared under-proofed and, even after baking, still had a noticeable yeast smell. The texture was very chewy and lacked the lightness and crispness you would expect from a well-made pizza. The pizzas also seemed quite small—probably made with less than 250 g of dough—whereas a traditional Italian pizza is typically prepared with around 280 g of dough. Finally, the pizzas were left sitting on the counter after coming out of the oven instead of being served immediately, so they reached our table only lukewarm. The ingredients show potential, but the dough preparation and overall service still require significant improvement. At this price point, expectations are naturally much higher. In Bangkok, there are several restaurants offering substantially better value and quality, such as Peppina and Massilia. I genuinely hope this restaurant can regain the standards it once had, as it clearly has the potential to do so. Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

"good but not great" There were times when pizza at Albertos was my favorite. With the new dough recipe, the nice Napoli sensation is gone. New chef too, dont know if thats the case The rest were ok Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
