Barista so friendly. Love my filter coffee and it’s light, clean, fruity. Many people, atmosphere is nice like Japanese rocks garden. The price is a bit high, but satisfied. Came here having read recos on how good the coffee is - and definitely, coffee delivered. Had iced white and had the perfect balance of smooth coffee and great kick. Love the open concept of the coffee shop too. Well-ventilated and like your little quiet corner in the busy street of Orchard. Coffee was great but tasted a bit acidic, not really to my liking, although some people may like it that way. It’s semi-outdoor with no air conditioner (there are fans though)—because of this we planned to just sit for a while and take the coffee away to one of the nearest malls with air conditioning. However, despite the absence of air conditioning, we found ourselves feeling comfortable there and ended up staying until we finished our coffee. Maybe it’s the nice interior design and atmosphere. The seating options were limited, with chairs and tables that I personally didn’t feel were suitable to sit in for long hours. Pretty sure there are way more comfy cafes if you intend to WFC, but for a quick coffee run and to catch a breath for a bit, Alchemist The Heeren would be worth a try.
