Aldente Station, located inside Ruam Sab Market on Asok Montri Road, was an unexpected but very pleasant find. I originally came to the market for som tam or roasted chicken, but ended up here instead. The menu focuses mainly on pasta, but there are also daily specials. On this visit, I tried the fish and chips. The fish was nicely done—crispy golden batter on the outside, with flaky and tender meat inside, not greasy. It came with well-seasoned fries and a balanced tartar sauce, making it a simple but very satisfying dish. Overall, a great surprise. Good food and a nice option if you’re exploring Ruam Sab Market and looking for something a bit different. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Also the sauce that came with fish and chips was our homemade Ranch in which the ingredients are pretty similar to that of Tartar. Anyway, speaking as the owner, I am very happy that you liked it.
