Alfa Coffee Roaster nails exactly what you want in an island cafe. The coffee here is pretty incredible (maybe the best I've had on Koh Phangan) and they have a huge variety of Western breakfast choices. Love that they have a split setup: you can sit outside and enjoy the breeze, or hide out in the separate indoor section with the AC blasting. Definitely check it out.
