Alice Sin Wonderland

Thank you so much & welcome ka

We remember you. You were our customer at that time. But on the day of the incident, you weren't sitting and drinking at our shop. You were sitting at a shop next door, and your name was put on the blackboard, but you didn't move to sit and drink at our shop. The time the name was written wasn't zero minutes; it took almost 10 minutes. And when our staff inquired and explained the rules of our shop, you verbally abused our staff. Our shop isn't a public place, and you had no right to verbally abuse our staff. She was informing you of the rules, which you claimed were our customer. You must be aware of our rules. We've checked with every employee and the CCTV cameras have documented everything. If you're not okay with us, that's fine. We were just doing our job and informed you of the rules that day.
