Really good tacos - hard shell tacos in particular. I come here every time I am in Phuket. Friendly staff too. Atmosphere gets four stars only because it’s a little too hot. Some fans would help. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Very Disappointing Experience. I had high expectations for Alien Taco Food Truck in Patong, but unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. The service staff Naam something her name was very rude and unprofessional. There was no greeting, no smile, and it felt like customers were a problem instead of welcome guests. Time Few days ago noon time. The tacos were overpriced for the portion size, and the taste was very average — definitely not authentic Mexican food. The meat was dry, the tortillas felt old, and the salsa had almost no flavor. What made it worse was the attitude. When I asked a simple question about the menu, Naam answered in a very unfriendly way and seemed annoyed. Overall, bad service, poor customer care, and disappointing food. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone. Please do not keep that girl there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ฿1,400–1,600

My family and I were needing a drink ,as we ordered 2 bottles of water , the man didn’t have small change and he insisted it was on the house. Great customer service and thank you again !!
