I spent two nights at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, and the woman at the front desk spoke English well, which made things very easy. The rooms, washroom, and waiting area were all very clean. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the calm, quiet atmosphere of the property. They even provide free snacks and coffee, which was a nice touch. I liked this place much more than I expected. If I visit Chiang Mai again, I will definitely stay here! Service: 5

Highly recommend. I stayed in the dorm room and it was surprisingly quiet, with multiple spots to work if you need to. I actually chose to stay here instead of booking a private room closer to the Old Town because the atmosphere, the owner, and the cleanliness are hard to beat. Grab rides are cheap and easy if you don’t have your own transport. Definitely book ahead if you want a private room because they sell out fast! But honestly, the dorms are great too, and each bed has its own curtain for privacy. Free coffee and water and plenty of spaces to do some work on your laptop. Service: 5
