Lovely air-conditioned restaurant on a quiet road close to Happy City Golf resort. Owner is charming and has excellent mind service. Although they sell several wines, we brought our own wine (300 cork charge). It would be nice if they offered a few European beers besides the usual Heinekenand Beer Laos (Belgium, German,..). We ordered the new England clamp chowder, salad with salmon, jerk chicken and the grilled pork with chimichurri sauce. All were delicous. I enjoyed the yellow rice and homemade salsa that came with my pork dish. On our next visit we will call ahead and pre-order the smoked rib-eye steak. What a lovely little place! The family who run it could not be nicer. I have severe food allergies and they helped me choose a really fantastic dinner, which I really appreciated. It is worth heading out of town and coming here for a wonderful meal - highly recommend it. And when next we are in Chiang Rai (hopefully sooner than later) we will absolutely be back!
