Yesterday I visited Alley Wei Tampines after checking Google, which stated that the outlet opens at 11am. I arrived around 11:05am but the shop was still not open. There were two staff at the cashier counter who seemed busy with the cashier machine. I politely asked what time the outlet would open. The lady staff nearest to me initially ignored my question, and only after a while replied, “You wait a while” in a rather rude tone without any eye contact, which made me feel like I was disturbing her while she was working. I felt quite uncomfortable and decided to walk away instead. I’ve visited their Northpoint branch regularly before and never experienced such service there. Sadly, because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be visiting this outlet again. What a morning experience. Service: 1
