Overall, this is a good family-friendly sauna, and I can recommend it. We visit from time to time with the whole family. About a month ago, we arrived and paid 1,000 baht by QR code. After entering, we found that not only the main pool, but also the heated pool was closed. Since there was very little left for the children to do, we decided to leave. The staff told us that the payment would be refunded, but a month has now passed and we still have not received the money. I have also tried calling, but no one answers the phone. Please contact me and arrange the refund of the 1,000 baht entrance fee. Thank you.

I visited ALLTHAI Spa while on holiday in Phuket with my daughter and had a fantastic experience. The spa was clean, relaxing, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and professional, and the treatment was excellent. A lovely place to unwind and recharge. I would definitely return when visiting Phuket again.

Opening hours are a lie. Arrived at 11:30 and it was closed. A cleaning lady said it's not open until 14:00!
