Year 66, took the car to have the windshield replaced, claimed the warranty, but the glass that was installed Image of the left and right side of the viewing mirror. Deceit. At first I thought the film wasn't completely dry. After 7 days, it still didn't go away. I went back to the store. The employee came to look and the technician agreed to change it for a new one. And then change this time, the office staff emphasized that when taking it off, be careful of broken glass, worried that you would not be able to submit a claim. The technician was more careful with the glass than with our car (this time he used a sling to remove it and pulled it and it hit the edge of the car on the roof, scratching the paint a little). The first time he took off the glass, he didn't get it. But what I feel is not okay is the staff. Didn't apologize, didn't say anything to us. Plus, around the back of the front film that was attached, there was one wrinkle in the driver's front area. Went back to the store to have a look and the employee said they would change it for me. But I haven't done it yet. Advice for anyone to inspect the item before installing it so they don't waste time. I feel sorry for the car. We are car lovers.

The insurance company selected Alpha Sale shop to repair the windshield of my car. After they did the job, I realized that they did not assemble the washing tubes properly. The water and soap were sprayed far away instead of the windshield. I had to return the car to fix it. Also, the radar inside the windshield console has been broken so the cruise control was not working anymore. Today I sent the car (again) to fix it but they damaged the middle mirror inside the car. Of course, they do not have the spare part available so they let me leave without repairing. I now have to drive my care without inside middle mirror. And nobody apologized for the troubles caused. My conclusion : incompetent and not polite.
