this from a local; unsure why this place is termed "family restaurant"; nothing i ever saw there was especially family oriented, this is a food cart plus sit down table/chairs that he brings; never seen him there during the day, always at night; his food cart is among others in this area; typically the locals go in this stretch and the tourists go not far away along the river ; good food, cheap; beer at nearby tesco, bathrooms are hard to come by; have to go to the nearby police station or there is a small pay toilet in the back of the nearby daily market (which will be mostly closed at night); cheap prices; across the street there are a couple nice temple ruin complexes
