An Unforgettable Feast – Thank You, Ambur Briyani! Our church recently held a special gathering, and as the person coordinating food, I usually play it safe with Chinese cuisine, given the preferences of our predominantly Chinese congregation. But this time, I decided to take a bold step and try something different — Indian cuisine. And I’m so glad I did. I reached out to my friend - Sam - the owner of Ambur Briyani located at 18 Cuff Road, and we ordered a combination of fresh prata and chicken biryani for the event. The result? Absolutely phenomenal! The food was finger-licking good in every sense — bursting with flavour, perfectly spiced, and incredibly satisfying. Many of our guests went back for seconds (and thirds and tapau too)! The service was just as impressive. The team arrived on time, set everything up with professionalism and a smile, and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The portions were generous — far more than we expected — and the pricing was extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity provided. If you’re planning a family gathering, social celebration, or corporate function, I cannot recommend Ambur Briyani enough. Whether it’s North or South Indian cuisine you’re craving, they deliver excellence across the board. You truly can’t go wrong with Ambur!
