I ordered lasagne and while waiting to collect my order today, I witnessed an employee accidentally drop a piece of chicken on the floor. Instead of discarding it, the employee continued preparing and serving it to a customer. This was very disappointing to see and raises serious concerns about food hygiene and safety. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces proper hygiene practices with staff. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Service: 1

lousy service from Amigo's at Woodlands Glen outlet (Woodlands drive 16). The bigger size guy with tattoo has a really bad attitude towards the customers and show no remorse after confrontation. He doesn't really care whether you get your food. We waited for about 45 minutes before confronting him and he has the guts to say that they are halfway done. Right after the confrontation, we then saw them taking out the ingredient from the fridge to prepare..... slowly......
