Here is a hidden romantic French-style fine dining restaurant in busy Causeway Bay. Their Amis Anniversary Menu ($888/person) offers a 4-course meal that's perfect for a special occasion. Start with a warm homemade sourdough baguette and flavored butter. The appetizers include a refreshing Spanish Cherry Tomato Sorbet, a tasty Russian Caviar Bacon Potato Ball, and a cute Foie Gras Pistachio Stick. The Hokkaido Uni Cup Lily Blossom Mousse is a visual delight with sea urchin, lily mousse, and lobster soup jelly. Enjoy the silky Cauliflower Velouté Razor Clam and the delicious Hokkaido Scallop Aglio E Olio. The Kagoshima Wagyu Beef is cooked to perfection, and the Chef's Mont Blanc with homemade vanilla ice cream is a sweet ending. Don't miss the Petit Fours!
