It was fine. Texture of the sorbet was crumbly / icy. Earl gray flavor was good but again texture wasn’t silky like gelato should be. Kind of disappointed since most said this was one of the better gelatos

Ampersand used to be one of my go to gelatteria years ago but I feel like the vibe and the excitement kind of fade down. Their gelato is still good nonetheless, but other gelateria also improve immensely. Of course my favorite here is their chocolate, it decadent. One minor tiny ick ia that their gelato is too cold, its too stiff and sometimes ive experience a slight icy texture in some flavors that may be doesn’t sell as fast as those popular flavor.

I was there this evening, and it was a wonderful experience. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, with excellent quality and rich, well-balanced flavors. I especially want to praise the staff member for being very friendly, professional, and helpful. Their smile made the experience even more pleasant. I will definitely come back again.
