Satisfy your meat and booze cravings at Amuse, a bar and restaurant with branches in Cheung Sha Wan and Jordan. They're currently offering a promotion of pork knuckle that comes with 2 glasses of complimentary Tipsy Lemon Tea. Tried Tipsy Lemon Tea for the first time. Not as tart and bitter as a standard chachaanten lemon tea but still had all the essential elements without adding too much sugar plus a twist of alcohol mixture. Guests could customize their preferred flavors of specialty wings with choices incluing buffalo, honey mustard and whisky BBQ sauce. We picked buffalo wings which were slightly spicy and honey mustard which tasted tangy and creamy. Nachos w/ Beef was a plate of freshly baked seasoned tortilla chips loaded with melting cheese, minced meat and chopped peppers. Must-have for cheese lovers. Schweinshaxe had a rather firm texture and the chef would precut them into smaller pieces before serving. We requested it to be served as a whole piece as we didn't want it to cool off too fast. Served with sauerkraut. Price per person: $300–350 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
