Anakade delivers on every front. I’ve been twice now, and both tasting menus were a genuine burst of flavour from start to finish nothing felt like filler, each course had a clear point of view and landed it. What elevates the experience further is the service. The team walks you through each dish with real depth not scripted lines, but genuine explanation of technique and ingredients and they clearly paid attention to our preferences, adapting the experience to suit us rather than running a script. Two visits in, and the consistency has been the most impressive part no drop-off in quality or creativity the second time around. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serious tasting menu experience in Bangkok. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
