Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your dining experience at Andaman Grill did not meet your expectations, especially on what should have been a memorable final evening in Thailand. While we’re pleased to know you appreciated the ambience, we regret that the pace of service, food quality, and overall attentiveness—particularly for your family—fell short. Your comments regarding the Chateaubriand, delays in service, and lack of proactive care for your child are concerning and not reflective of the standards we aim to uphold. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by mosquitoes following the rain, which understandably impacted your comfort. Please rest assured that your feedback has been shared with our culinary and restaurant leadership teams for immediate review, as it is important for us to address both quality and service consistency, especially when welcoming families with children. We sincerely regret that Andaman Grill was not the experience you had hoped for and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide an experience more aligned with the care and excellence you deserve.
