Tried Je Dang Grilled Pork Neck at Siam Paragon and it did not disappoint. The grilled pork neck (kor moo yang) was juicy, smoky, and perfectly seasoned, with a nice balance of fat and tenderness. The skewered meat was flavorful with that classic Thai spice rub, while the sliced pork was soft and satisfying. The Thai papaya salad (som tam) was fresh, tangy, and refreshing, with crisp green papaya, peanuts, and a well-balanced dressing that cut nicely through the richness of the meat. Fast service, consistent quality, and great for a casual meal inside Gourmet Hall. Definitely a must-visit if you’re craving authentic Thai street food flavors in a mall setting.
