If you’re talking about the slowest service in any dining area in Shangri-La has to be this one. Takes 10 minutes to take a drink Water server doesn’t know the menu drinks comes out later than the dinner. Horrible service I cannot understand how it can last. The best thing about this hotel is the assistant front manager called. Assistant service manager Mario. Mario is very good but the dining area downstairs Shanise horrible once again I must say horrible. None of the servers know the menu food takes very long appetizer comes out with the meal. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+
