Finally made it to Aniba and now I understand why people keep talking about it. The whole fish was probably my favorite dish of the night. Perfectly cooked, packed with herbs, and one of those plates that everyone keeps reaching for. The hummus was incredibly smooth, the kubaneh bread was impossible to stop eating, and the cauliflower roll brought the crunch. The dumplings were also a pleasant surprise. A special shoutout to Dharma (hope I'm spelling that correctly), who looked after our table. He was great at guiding us through the menu, making recommendations, and helping us decide what to order. Those suggestions definitely made the experience better. What I enjoyed most about Aniba was that every dish felt meant for sharing. Lots of interesting flavors, generous portions, and the kind of meal that gets people talking about what they're ordering next. Had a wonderful experience celebrating a 50th birthday here. Even though it was just the two of us, everything turned out beautifully. The food was truly high quality the fish was incredibly fresh, and the cocktails were so well balanced that you could really taste the craft in every sip. The prices were also very affordable for the quality and experience, which made it even better. The staff were warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to accommodate all my requests, especially in helping to create a lovely birthday surprise. The ambience was fantastic, making the whole evening feel special and memorable. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion.
