It makes me sad to leave a negative review for a small business, but I hope this feedback helps them improve. We ordered the Penang and green curries and specifically asked for them to be spicy, hoping for authentic Thai flavors. Unfortunately, both curries were incredibly sweet, unbalanced, and had absolutely no spice. It tasted like a standard bland store-bought curry paste that had not been enhanced with any fresh ingredients, just with a ton of extra sugar. Adding some fresh garlic, chili, lemongrass, or galangal would massively improve the bland flavor and add some of those magical Thai aromas. Also, when guests specifically ask for spice, why not actually give them some heat? :) that's how real Thai curries are supposed to taste anyway. We were in a rush, so we ended up just picking the chicken out of the sauce so we could eat something and leave. Sadly, the sauce itself (which should be the best part of a curry) was close to inedible. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This is open to public - but We just checked in at Walden Moon Resort (same owners as Anna’s Kitchen and Walden Tiny Homes by the Sea). The meals and drinks are included in price of room. So I was wondering how good the food would be m, and how many dishes to choose from. Well - not to worry! The first meal was seriously the best we’ve had on our trip. So fresh. Can see the very clean kitchen. Service quick and kind people. We had dishes we’ve had quite a few times in Thailand because our favorites, and these were the best on trip. The squid was so tender and fresh. We would definitely choose to eat here even if not staying here at the wonderful accommodations. We look forward to our six nights. Anna’s Kitchen, by far, is the best food we’ve had in Thailand. Not one dish was subpar. The staff was unbelievably kind, helpful, and skilled. We had a place PAID FOR at another resort. No refund possible. Didn’t matter. We rebooked here!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
