Hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improve on their service standards as this happened more than twice. When people order takeouts the orders are not processed immediately. For instance, I didn’t want to wait there after ordering my food and decided to order food from the nearby coffeeshop as well so I have on a couple of occasions ordered my food as takeaway from this restaurant first and asked them to pack my food and keep while I go order my other food and I will come back to pick up my order. The guy at the counter will always tell me ok but when I come back after 10-15 mins he will not have my food ready to go, instead he will say he forgot to have the food prepared. The reason why people place takeaway is they don’t have the time to sit down and have a meal and are probably in a rush to get back home after collecting their food. So I had to wait for an extra 15 mins for them to prepare the food. That was the first incident. 2nd incident was like that as well forgetting the order and I had to wait again costing me valuable time. This happened for another couple of times and now I make sure that I stress enough to make them remember the order and have it ready to pick up and go. These things happened at a time even when the restaurant is not busy. I am really unsure as to what the problem is and it’s always the same guy who keeps forgetting the orders. The one who is always at the counter. Hope their management can really look into this and perhaps try to increase their service standards as customers may just choose to walk away if your staff keep forgetting their orders and not even having the common courtesy to apologise for causing them delay and additional waiting time.
