Basically same food as Greyhound Cafe since it's the same company. However, staff seemed a bit cold and not engaging. While chicken wings were good, the rest was ok. But overall, just ok unlike how Greyhound Cafe used to be when it first came to HK. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $150–200 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant recently. We were a group of seven (four adults and three teenagers). Because my mother has difficulty walking quickly, I asked my niece to go ahead and get a table at around 7:50 p.m. When she arrived, there were three empty tables and one long table where the customers were clearly finishing and about to leave. However, the staff member told my niece that all the tables were fully booked. A few minutes later, I arrived and spoke to the same waiter. This time, he did not say the restaurant was fully booked; instead, he just said there was no table available for seven people. I then asked if we could sit at a round table, even if we had to be split between tables. He paused for a moment and then said yes. This made it obvious that he had not been honest with my niece when he told her the restaurant was fully booked. It felt like he either did not want to serve more customers or did not take my niece seriously because she is a teenager. I find this attitude and behaviour completely unacceptable. It reflects very poorly on the restaurant’s customer service and honesty, and it has put me off returning. After all, the food was just average.

Chain restaurant with terrible service (empty but told no seats), confusing QR code menu (Thai + Western mix), extremely slow food (probably due to too many takeout orders), average taste, poor value. Google reviews also very bad. Better off going to McDonald’s. Just don’t come here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $200–250 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
