We’re visiting from Perth and were looking for a bar that served cocktails with local flavours - Anthology came up on our search, and we’re so glad it did! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and intimate, perfect for a relaxed evening out. We had the pleasure of being looked after by Kye, who was incredibly knowledgeable, eloquent and passionate about his craft. He took the time to walk us through each cocktail’s flavour profile and inspiration, which made the whole experience feel so personal and engaging. We tried the Kaya Toast, Cendol, and Imperial cocktails - all were beautifully balanced, nostalgic and full of character. The Orh Luak was another highlight - a creative, deconstructed homage to the original dish that was absolutely chef’s kiss! Thank you, Kye and the Anthology team, for making our night such a memorable one. We’d love to come back again before we fly home, otherwise we’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Singapore! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $40–50
