2023年5月4日に伺ったバーです。 たまたま、日本語を話せるお客さんがカウンターに居たので、お店の来歴を聞くことができました。 マスターは5年ほどベルギーでお仕事をされていたそうで、ヨーロッパのアンティークな家具に魅了されたとそうです。 非常に落ち着いた雰囲気で詳しく話を聞かなかったのですが、オールドスタイルなタイプライターで文章を作っている方がいたりと、一瞬1900年初頭の時代に紛れ込んだかと錯覚したというのは、少し想像が行き過ぎかもしれないですね。 注文したのはドライマティーニとアブサンです。 ドライマティーニはスタンダードなレシピでしたが、美味しく、楽しめました。 で、こちらのバーの一番の推しのメニューがアブサンです。 1900年代初頭の文化を象徴する酒といえばやはりアブサンでしょう。 僕もアブサンは15年ぶりに飲みました。 初めて飲むボトルでしたが、最初にいくつか香りをかがせてくれ、その中からチョイスをしました。 旨い！ 久々でしたがよい酒です。 翌日もうかがおうとしましたが、さすがに金曜日。満席で入ることができず、残念。

素敵なマスターのいるオシャレなバーです。アブサンに初挑戦しましたがとても美味しかったです。食事のメニューは一切ありませんので、2軒目以降に落ち着いて飲みたい方向け。内装やアンティークの置物もすごく素敵で、写真映えするものばかりでした。マスターに教えていただいた火鍋のお店も美味しかったです！謝謝！

The 26th year of Guangxu/Antique Bar 1900 Antique Bar 1900 is located on the third floor of the Baroque-style "Watson's Pharmacy" in the Dihua Street section. It is based on European retro style and is paired with a large emerald green wall (or should I say Abis Green?), with natural lighting and Under the blend of warm lights, it presents a slightly misty sense of space. In addition to red and white wine and whiskey, if you are interested, you can also try the "Fountain" Absinthe. Watch the water droplets etch the sugar cubes through the Absinthe spoon and mix them with the green wine. Kind of a Wizard of Oz fantasy. If you want an alternative to alcoholic beverages, apple juice with freshly cut apple slices is a safe choice that doesn’t offend in color. Not only is the scene easy to photograph, but the store manager Alan, who has a charming smile, is a sight not to be missed.
