This place is usually packed in the afternoon but I was luck and didn't have to wait during lunch time. Food are average average and the portion is great. Proper value for the price. Would come again for other dishes. The donut and ice cream are pretty memorable. Antoshimo blending Western and Japanese cooking methods and flavors, this is the unique culture of Okinawa. “Two-tier cooking” refers to steaming in the upper tier and cooking in the lower tier. The upper tier uses a steamer, while the lower tier uses a stone pot. Steam passes through the steamer to quickly cook the food thoroughly while preserving its flavor. The stone pot keeps the food warm throughout the dining process, providing the best experience for diners.
