スクンビットにあるイタリアン。店に入ればローマにありそうなTrattoriaな内装。ローマと言えばカルボナーラ、トリッパと言うことでそれらをオーダー。 プリモのトリッパは美味かった。カルボナーラはちゃんとローマスタイルの正統派カルボナーラなんですが、メニューにsaltyと注意書きが書かれてる通りめちゃくちゃソルティ、ちょっとソルティ過ぎたので、料理は星4つ。本場ローマでも、こんなにソルティではないよ。 それ以外は、私好みなお店。ローマっぽいイタリアンを肩肘張らずに食べたい時の選択肢になりうるお店。. Appia Trattoria on Sukhumvit 31 is one of Bangkok's finest Italian restaurants, and I return regularly for its warm, family-owned atmosphere and exceptional cooking. The moment you walk in, you feel like you've been welcomed into someone's Italian home — unpretentious, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The food is outstanding. The Roman-style carbonara (served with rigatoni, as it should be) is perfectly executed, and the slow-roasted porchetta is a must-try. The burrata topped with caviar is extraordinary, and "My Mother's Tiramisu" is a dessert I dream about. The chicken liver pâté and oxtail stew speak to the depth and authenticity of the menu. The wine list is excellent and thoughtfully curated. Service is warm and personal — the owner and staff clearly care deeply about every guest's experience. A true gem on the Bangkok dining scene, consistently delivering some of the best Italian food in the city. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
