We had a lovely overnight stay here. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms clean and comfy. Very good value for money. They also have a great selection of food and drink, and they will bring it to your room. The cafe is open later for hotel guests. There is a big dog family who roam the site but they are friendly. Pets stay for no extra charge, our kitten was fine. Service: 5

In early June 2025, I stayed for 3 days at Apple House in Phrae, Thailand. The room I stayed in was a private unit, and the entire atmosphere was quiet, clean, and well-organized — perfect for a restful stay. When choosing accommodations, I tend to prioritize soundproofing and surrounding noise levels, and Apple House fully met those expectations. The property is surrounded by nature, with virtually no external noise, and the room was well-insulated, which allowed for deep, uninterrupted sleep. Upon arrival, the staff personally came out to greet me and guided me through the check-in process while introducing the room and facilities. All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) were provided throughout my stay, and between meals they also offered snacks like fresh apples, sticky rice, coffee, and sandwiches — a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The staff were friendly and considerate, always making an effort to ensure I felt comfortable without being intrusive. I genuinely believe their warmth and attentiveness are the biggest strengths of Apple House. And of course, the French bulldogs on the property were absolutely adorable (truly lovely companions during the stay). The interior of the room was clean and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities fully prepared. The hot water and water pressure in the shower were excellent, and the bed faced a large glass window with a direct view of the garden, offering great light and a sense of openness. The garden and landscaping were also in great condition, making it a pleasant space to spend time outdoors. Phrae’s city center is about a 10-minute drive away, and the property is conveniently located near Pae Muang Pee Forest Park, which is easy to visit on a short trip. There were also several gas stations nearby, which made scooter travel hassle-free. I’ve visited Thailand around five times and traveled through various major areas. Over time, I developed a preference for staying away from the city — somewhere quiet and closer to nature. This trip to Apple House finally made that wish a reality, and I’m grateful for the experience. Above all, the professionalism and attitude of the staff created a strong sense of trust and comfort, and thanks to that, I was able to truly relax during my three-day stay.
