Went there for the first time earlier this afternoon. This is my 14th trip to Nong Khai, but somehow I only discovered this restaurant on the map yesterday. I ordered the pork steak and fries, garlic bread, and my gf had the fish steak and fries. I really enjoyed my meal, and it's a safe bet that I'll be back there again (I simply love Nong Khai and always enjoy coming back).
