April Trees Studio is a bakery and baking school located in the Ratchadaphisek/Lardphrao area. The instructor, K. Kris, is a trained pastry chef with a good knowledge of the recipes he teaches such as choux pastry, cakes, and tarts. The class is not too theoretical and the skills gained can be honed with practice. This is an excellent starting point for anyone interested in becoming a pastry chef or wanting to start a cafe or bakery business.
