造幣局の桜の通り抜け後にランチしました。ビジネス街で歩けば沢山おしゃれなレストランがある中で、このお店に入ってお食事が出来て本当に良かったと思ったので口コミ書きました。 派手な看板は無く、席数も少なかったのですが、一つ一つがとても丁寧で、美味しく、体に良い食材を使われてると感じました。赤ワインもいただきましたが軽めで飲み易く、昼間からグイグイいけました。スタッフのご夫婦？の優しい柔らかい雰囲気もとても良かったです。 近所にあれば通いたいお店です また来年も帰りにお食事したいです。 Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We came highly recommended by family members who dined here just a few days ago. We waited at the entrance for about 15 minutes for the 11:30 AM lunch service. When they opened the doors, they immediately told us a reservation was required. They offered no explanation, gave us no option to wait, and simply stood there expecting us to leave before they proceeded to welcome other customers. Perhaps the restaurant is intimidated by English, but resorting to blatant differential treatment for this reason needs to be corrected. They let local Japanese customers walk right in. Yet, when we spoke English, they abruptly told us they were fully booked without any clarification. Have to say, a one-star rating feels a bit too generous. We understand the rules, dinner is strictly reservation-only, but lunch is not. The restaurant might argue that the other customers had reservations while we didn't, which I obviously cannot make any clarification on that point. With so many mobile app functions available now, communication should not be an issue. The restaurant’s refusal to make an effort to communicate is extremely disappointing. Having visited Japan many times, I have never encountered such a situation; it is truly shocking. While the food might be worth trying, the restaurant's attitude is unacceptable. The Japanese portion was translated using a mobile app; I hope it can be understood. 数日前にここで食事をした家族からの勧めで来店しました。 11時半のランチタイムに合わせて入り口で15分ほど待っていましたが、開店するなり「予約が必要だ」と告げられました。何の説明もなく、空席を待つ機会さえ与えられず、ただ私たちが立ち去るのを待ってから他のお客様の案内を始めました。 おそらくお店側は英語に対して苦手意識や恐怖心があるのかもしれませんが、それを理由にあからさまな差別待遇を行うのは改善されるべきです。 地元の日本人客はそのまま入店させていたのに、私たちが英語を話すと「予約で満席」と言うだけで何の説明もありませんでした。星1つの評価すら高すぎるくらいです。 ディナーは完全予約制で、ランチはそうではないというお店のシステムは理解しています。お店側は「他のお客様は予約をしていて、あなた達はしていなかった」と反論するかもしれませんが、私には確認のしようがありません。今では多くのスマホアプリがあり、コミュニケーションは問題にならないはずです。店側がコミュニケーションの努力を拒むのは非常に失望しました。何度も日本を訪れていますが、このような状況に遭遇したことは一度もなく、本当に衝撃的です。料理は試してみる価値があるかもしれませんが、店側の対応態度は受け入れられません。 日本語の部分はスマホの翻訳ソフトを使用しました。理解していただけることを願っています。 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
