レジに人がいなくてキッチンの中にスタッフがいるので注文しずらい。食べ物のメニューが見にくくて注文しにくい。ほうじ茶ラテを頼んだけど味は普通でほぼ氷と泡。２回目は行かないかなという印象。. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Really bad experience today. The guy at the till told me to take to a seat and someone will come, no one did. I then got up myself and ordered my coffee. It took about 15 minutes to arrive, it was the wrong coffee. No apology from staff, although was promptly changed. Furthermore, I asked for the WiFi password and then was given the wrong password, I had to get up again to resolve and was also left embarrassed after I had given the incorrect password to the woman sat next to me. Also after I had spent a high price of $50 on a coffee, the waiter approached me and told me the WiFi is bad. Brilliant..wrong coffee, wrong WiFi password and unworkable WIFI which meant I had to leave and complete my tasks elsewhere. Also, the tables in the side room are smashed to pieces. It’s an accident waiting to happen. Shocking customer service from a supposedly higher end coffee shop. I won’t be back. Maybe better to reserve a table when you are more than 2 people. The brunch is really good and you can make your own composition for the toasts or salads, but the price is not always fully worth it and it’s a bit expensive for the quantity served Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $150–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
