We visited yesterday as we’d heard great things about their roast dinner. We’ve been travelling around SEA for over a year and we were missing a taste of home. I can now see why the roasts are so highly rated. We had a roast beef and the veggie Nut Roast. It was so delicious, massive portion, all the best condiments (horseradish, mint sauce, mustard) and importantly served with a generous amount of gravy. Highlights were the potatoes and stuffing. We’ll be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Vegetarian options: Vegetarian nut roast

A second visit to Archers Restaurant & Bar today (first visit: Beef & Ale pie with chips and peas, a disappointing experience with the meal being served at room temperature). The Ham (gammon medallions), Egg & Chips were cooked to perfection, very well-presented and tasty! The accompanying salad (standard, lacklustre) included some local wildlife, to be expected in this environment and as such was left untouched. The midday atmosphere and service were somewhat flat and indifferent. Archers is underwhelming. The quality of the food has been above Chiang Mai average, going some way in justifying the prices. However regarding preparation and service, there is room for improvement. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in

Thanks for the review but you compare us to other CM restaurants but have only written one review in over a year and no reviews about other CM restaurants. Seems odd to go out of your way to write such a detailed but average review in such a long time! Also a Google account with no name! We take all reviews seriously and I'll talk to the staff but it does seem odd
