This room had been meticulously cleaned by our housekeeper, who has been with our establishment for 15 years and whose work has always been praised by our guests. That is why she continues to work with us. It is also worth noting that our guesthouse does not have parking, a fact clearly stated on our Agoda page. Consequently, you were able to review this information prior to making your reservation. We regret to note that you attempted to block our establishment’s only emergency exit with your vehicle, a particularly reckless maneuver in the event of a fire. The owner did not reprimand you, but simply reminded you that parking in front of an emergency exit is strictly prohibited. Subsequently, the owner personally escorted your vehicle to a parking lot located 150 meters away, riding ahead of your car on his scooter. He then drove you back to the guesthouse, with you as a passenger. You expressed your satisfaction and thanked him for his assistance. The next day, you informed our staff that you had to pay 100 THB ( no 120 THB as you wrote) for parking your vehicle. It should be noted that this amount is less than the cost of a potential towing of your vehicle parked in front of an emergency exit, which would have been considerably higher.
