I have been visiting Arif Restaurant regularly for my daily lunch and dinner, and I am very happy with the overall experience. The food quality is consistently good, the service is fast, and the staff are very polite and welcoming. I would especially like to appreciate Ajruddin for his excellent service. He is always very friendly, keeps a smile on his face, and serves orders quickly and professionally. His positive attitude and polite behavior make customers feel comfortable and valued every time they visit. The restaurant also maintains good cleanliness and hygiene, though there is still some room for further improvement. Overall, I highly recommend Arif Restaurant for its tasty food, good service, and hardworking staff like Ajruddin who truly make the dining experience better. Keep up the great work! Extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted. I ordered takeaway (Maggi goreng and nasi goreng pattaya seafood) when there were ZERO customers, yet it still took 30 minutes. What exactly was the delay? The food was even worse. The Maggi goreng was completely bland and the noodles were mushy like it’s been sitting for hours. The nasi goreng pattaya seafood was ridiculously salty — totally inedible — and the seafood was clearly NOT fresh. It had a rotten smell, which is unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. To make things worse, the prices are expensive for such terrible quality. Absolutely not worth it. The environment is also a big problem — the place smells mouldy and the kitchen looks unhygienic. Honestly, it makes you question how the food is being prepared. Terrible experience from start to finish. I will never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I visited Ariff's Restaurant around 8:50 PM for a takeaway order and was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered 1 egg prata, 1 plain prata, 1 chicken biryani (specifically requesting the drum part of the chicken), and an ice Milo. Despite the server nodding and acknowledging my request for the drum part of the chicken, I didn't receive the part I wanted, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the ice Milo was far too sweet and thick, showing little to no effort in its preparation. To make matters worse, I was given a burnt papadom, which should not have been served. Overall, it was a disappointing experience as I had expected better quality and attention to detail. I would recommend ordering at the hawker centre behind, which at least has quality food and drinks. I hope Ariff's Restaurant can improve their service and food quality to provide a better experience for their customers in the future. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
