We used to visit this coffee shop every day for nearly 90 days during our stay in Hua Hin. Unfortunately, we decided to stop coming. The main reason is the lack of basic customer service: no greeting, no smile, no “goodbye,” even after dozens of visits. In a place where hospitality matters as much as the coffee itself, it was disappointing. Considering that we were regular customers spending around 130 THB per visit, it’s surprising that this was never acknowledged. There are many cafes in the area that offer not only good products but also a warm and welcoming attitude — which makes a big difference. We chose to move on, and we don’t regret it. A simple smile can create loyalty. Sadly, it was always missing here. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
