We chose this restaurant based on its positive reviews, but our experience was very disappointing and made us question how those ratings were earned. The Thai tea was extremely watered down and lacked any real flavor. My wife found hair in her food twice, and I noticed that staff in the food preparation area were not wearing hair nets, which raised serious hygiene concerns. I ordered the sun-dried chicken because it came highly recommended, but it was tough, dry, and clearly not freshly prepared—it tasted like it had been sitting out and reheated. To make matters worse, there were multiple flies landing on our food throughout the meal, and there didn’t appear to be any effort to control them.
