完全予約制で情報はInstagramで確認できます。私はメールで予約しました。雑誌に掲載されていた情報なのですがオーナーさんは海のレストランで料理長をつとめていた時期もあるようです。島のものを使ったトルコ料理（地中海）をベースにした創作料理を楽しむことができます。どれも食べたことがない料理で新鮮でした。特にパスタが美味しかったです。トマトベースだけど島の海苔を使用していて意外な組み合わせでしたが美味しくいただきました。近くで自家栽培もしているようでそこで育てたお野菜なども使用しているようです。フレンドリーな方でお話も楽しめました。.
