I visited Asashin Sushi with my parents, who are both over 80 years old, and it was a truly memorable experience. Tucked away in a small alley, this modest little shop delivers food that punches far above its size. We ordered the combination seafood don, and every piece of fish was top quality. You can immediately tell that the sushi chef understands his craft. He knows exactly how to cut the fish to bring out the best texture, even breaking down the muscle fibers so the tuna stays tender and never chewy. That level of detail reflects real skill and experience. I hadn’t seen my parents in several years, so this meal was special for us. Even though it was during a busy lunch hour, the staff kindly let us sit and talk for a while after finishing. There was no pressure to leave, just genuine warmth and respect. That meant a lot to us. The service was excellent, the food was outstanding, and the value for money is remarkable. For the quality you receive, this place is truly a gem.
