My in laws stay in teck whye so I frequent eating ashesburnit but lately I feel like the standard has dropped tastewise. They have replaced the thick crispy fries to thin fries which gets soggy easily. Today my husband bought the blackpepper chicken chop and the sauce tastes bitter. I hope they go back to how it used to be. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Below expectations. Ordered the smashed burger. Burger itself was good, charred and smoky in flavour. However it was marred by the overpowering bbq sauce, soggy bun and limp fries. Couldn't taste the beef flavour at all. Not a good experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Before ordering, I specifically asked if they had the beef short rib, and the staff confirmed they did. However, when my order arrived, I was served beef strips instead. The pasta was also soggy and lacked texture. The staff seemed tired, and the overall service felt unhelpful. Overall, it was a rather underwhelming experience.
