Overall, it was a good experience. The room was clean and nice, and we enjoyed the dinner. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, likely because it was not busy at the time. I had mentioned in the online booking that we were celebrating a friend’s birthday, but unfortunately, there was no birthday acknowledgment from the staff. Service: 4

Hotspring hotel are expensive during the weekends We got a Japanese tatami room. It’s a very small room with a small table. At night time the staffs will come and prepare your bed on the floor. They give you two yukatas. They have two kids rooms and a VR area. They give two tickets for VR per room so you can only play once with your partner. The naked public bath had a semi outside tub. They also give you free afternoon tea or beef noodle soup. We ate beef noodle soup after we checked out of the room. Service: 5

We stayed at Asia Pacific Hotel Beitou for 2 nights, and we had the most amazing experience. These are just a few things that we loved in the hotel: • Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Even had a private bath onsen ( bath tub with thermal water), which we loved using. We really felt the luxury of the hotel. • Expresso coffee machine, snacks, and a full mini bar included in our room were just perfect. • Buffet breakfast was delicious with much variety. • All the staff was very professional, nice and kind. They really know how to take care of their guests. We felt really special the way that everyone treated us. • Loved the indoor swimming pool complex and the onsen area. • We had an incredible VR experience for the first time in our life that is complementary for all hotel guests. We had, without a doubt, an amazing experience! We can't recommend enough staying at this hotel.
