I would say this is the worst restaurant that I’ve been to in Hong Kong. We had to wait almost an hour and half for the pastas for the kids. I chased after an hour but apparently it still takes them another 30 mins to cook pasta. I’m not sure about you, but as a parent and having to wait an hour and half for simple pasta for my 3 year old is unacceptable. If the food was amazing then at least there is some redeeming qualities, but alas no. It was no better than heated up microwave pasta. I would suggest everyone to avoid this place if at all possible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took the tram to Happy Valley and stumbled upon Ask For Alonzo for dinner. The seared tuna, carbonara, crispy porchetta and silky tiramisu were all excellent, with the tiramisu being the standout. A lovely spot for a relaxed Italian meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really wanted to like this place because it's close to me and I was craving Italian. The atmosphere and decor is cute but every dish we ordered was almost inedible. Not to mention it was excruciatingly slow despite us being one of the only people in the restaurant. Soup was tepid, crab linguine tasted like it's from a cha chan teng (and very soupy?), and the amatriciana sauce would have probably tasted better coming out of a can. It was also extremely garlicky. The tiramisu we ordered ended up being a cheesecake that had a strong fridge taste, but was probably the best thing there since it was store bought and not made in house.
