The old adage is that if a restaurant is empty, it’s because the food is bad. Aslan Seafood/Happy Coffee is the exception to this, and I believe their lack of crowds is owed simply to bad luck. People should take heart that a visit here will be rewarded. Their menu is a collection of outstanding Thai and western dishes. Personally, I’ve had their pancakes for breakfast, some of the best I’ve ever had, and the Pad Thai for lunch, which was also delicious. My Thai partner had the Tom Yum soup and she loved it. Their smoothies are amazing as well. I really recommend people make a point of spending a meal or two here. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Dietary restrictions: Halal
