The food here isn’t completely terrible, but it is definitely below average. The boat noodles tasted strangely sour, the shrimp cakes were soggy and fell apart easily, and the vegetables were way too salty. With so many better Thai options around Hong Kong, the food alone wouldn't warrant a return, but it was the abysmal service that truly ruined the evening. The staff’s attitude and lack of management logic are genuinely baffling. I tried to book a table a week in advance via phone and WhatsApp, but got absolutely no response. When I asked the staff about it upon arrival, they claimed they were "too busy" to reply. Meanwhile, at least five employees were just standing around chatting, and the restaurant was 80% empty.Despite the endless empty tables, they crammed us into a tiny two-person table. Curiously, the next two walk-in groups—also pairs—were immediately seated at spacious four-person tables. When our first two dishes arrived, our tiny table was already full with three more dishes on the way. I politely asked a waiter if we could move to one of the adjacent empty tables so our food would actually fit. The waiter literally looked at me, walked away, and completely ignored the request without saying a single word.We ate quickly and left within 30 minutes. The entire time, multiple large tables remained completely vacant, and some staff members were even taking up tables to eat their own food. Ignoring a polite, logical request from a customer when the restaurant is dead quiet is completely unacceptable. Maybe they only care about providing feedback and good service if you are a famous KOL. If you are just a regular customer, expect to be completely invisible. Save your money and go somewhere that values your patronage. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $250–300 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Waitress attitude very bad. They had occupied the table for us. I have told her my mates had been coming. But they have pass the table to the others & without any response about the table arrangements. Also, they don't have any follow up and responsible staff to settle. We dined at ASURA while visiting AIRSIDE for the first time. We ordered a Signature Thai dipped noodle and Stir-fried holy basil with pork on rice. Both dishes are very tasty! Besides, they also offer vegetarian option for some of the dishes. Lastly, the staff is nice and polite which is rarely seen in Hong Kong. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Some dishes offer vegetarian options which means the real meat will be replaced by the plant based meat.
