Dear Management, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at Attap House Pasir Panjang on 2 June. The staff member involved was a lady with long hair and spectacles who was attending the cashier counter. Her facial expressions and attitude throughout the interaction were cold, unwelcoming, and highly unprofessional. Rather than feeling valued as a customer, I felt judged, disrespected, and unwelcome. Customer service extends beyond verbal communication. Facial expressions, body language, and attitude play a significant role in shaping a customer's experience. Unfortunately, this staff member demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy expected in a customer-facing role. Her behavior reflected poorly on your establishment and created an unpleasant atmosphere. What should have been an enjoyable visit turned into a deeply disappointing experience that completely ruined my mood for the day. No customer should have to endure such treatment when visiting your premises. I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously and conduct a thorough review of this employee's performance. Staff members representing your business should be capable of treating customers with respect and professionalism at all times. If this is the standard of service being provided, it raises serious concerns about staff training and management oversight. I expect this feedback to be addressed appropriately and for corrective action to be taken to ensure that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience in the future.
