February 17, 2026: Employees are refusing to work!!! In the afternoon, I wanted to buy two original pretzels. Without a greeting or any friendliness, I was told: 7 minutes. The display was almost empty at that time. After 10 minutes, I came back: the situation was the same, and all three employees were sitting around playing on their phones. I observed for another 10 minutes: 6 customers came in, and all were turned away without buying anything. So I went over. Now they said 10 minutes. I became very clear and a bit louder, and suddenly they started busily working NOTHING had been baked in the last 30 minutes, even though the display was empty. This is deliberately damaging to business. These three should be fired!

I stopped by Auntie Anne’s at MBK Mall, and it was a great experience. The smell of freshly baked pretzels instantly pulls you in, and the quality here is just as good as the international branches I’ve tried. Everything is baked fresh on the spot, which makes a big difference in taste and texture. I ordered a classic pretzel were excellent. The pretzel was warm, soft, and perfectly seasoned, while the lemonade was refreshing and balanced the perfect combination for a quick snack while walking around the mall. The staff were polite, friendly, and very fast with preparing the order. Even though MBK is always busy, the service here was smooth and efficient, which I really appreciated. The location is convenient and easy to find, making it a great stop whenever you need a quick bite or a break from shopping. Overall, Auntie Anne’s at MBK is a solid choice for delicious pretzels, fast service, and consistent quality.
